Residential Recreations Manager- Aventura Area

**A typical day for our Lifestyle Directors/Recreations Managers**
As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you will create epic lifestyle experiences to delight or residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors’ are energetic, fun and fully dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.
Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the time they leave.
**Key Responsibilities**:
> - Supervise daily operations of the pool, spa, fitness center, BBQ area, and HOA amenities spaces.
> - Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
> - Develop and implement programs and activities, including adult and kid classes, to enhance resident experience.
> - Hire, train, and manage staff.
> - Monitor budget and control expenses.
> - Handle resident and guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
> - Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
> - Promote and market facilities to increase utilization.
**Qualifications**:
> - Proven experience in recreational facility management or a related field.
> - Strong leadership and team management skills.
> - Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
> - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
> - Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
> - Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
> - Degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
