Fiber Drop Install Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install conduit and pull fiber optic cable for residential and commercial clients, following project specifications.
- Coordinate with field managers and team leads to strategize and implement fiber optic installations with efficiency and precision.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to bury conduit and pull fiber optic cable, ensuring proper alignment and tension for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or obstacles encountered during installations, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in fiber optic installation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Experience working outdoors and ability to adapt to working in the Arizona heat.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
