We are looking for full-time team members that can work weekday morning-afternoon shifts.
Physical Demands
- Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting,
- Regularly required to lift no more than 50 pounds unassisted
- Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and dependability that promote the culture, values, and policies of RĀW Superfood brand.
- Maintains a pleasantly calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the RĀW Superfood team.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
- Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team member morale/ performance; providing feedback by communicating to the store manager.
- Provides high-quality service, product, and attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Follows RĀW Superfood all operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that RĀW Superfood members can work efficiently.
- Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas
- Complete food handler certification and Sexual Harassment training within first week of employment.
- Other duties as assigned.
