**What Does a Shift Leader do?**

The Becket House at Lewiston is an 8-bed mental health residential treatment program that serves teenage girls. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Residential Shift Supervisor, which includes, but not limited to:

- Serves as the lead staff on each shift.
- Provides supervision and feedback to employees.
- Serves as the lead staff when addressing challenging client behaviors.
- Participates in the development and implementation of skill development, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of residential programming.
- Participates in the orientation and training of all new employees.
- Evaluates staff’s performance and provides on-going supervision to all staff.
- Participates in the Emergency On-Call system as needed.
- Ensures all Human Rights activities and initiatives are implemented.

**Hiring Requirements**:

- At least 2 years related experience (mental health field)
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks.
