Dock Lead

**Schedule: Sunday - Thursday**
- Accountable for the management of an efficient, clean and safe LTL operation to include dock planning and set up schedules
- Lead dock employees during shift by monitoring performance and providing coaching and counseling.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedure and safety rules
- Involved in and makes recommendations in the hiring and termination processes
- Accountable to daily performance goals
- Oversee and all paperwork associated with the dock is handled timely and correctly by employees

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
