We are looking for commercial Janitor to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. **Need to fill position ASAP.**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects as needed
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Skills**
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Must be able to pass Background check

**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK**

$15 a visit per location ($45.00 per night) 3 nights per week Mon - Wed
- Fri - approx 30-45 min per location

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
