Concierge 4 B2B is the recruiting firm, hiring on behalf of our client. Our client’s company has over 100 fast food franchises. This well-established and growing organization is seeking an HR Director to join their leadership team.

This is a full-time, on-site (Chandler Arizona) position and requires HR experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant/Quick Food Service industries.

The ideal Human Resources (HR) Director will be an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

**Responsibilities**

1) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent for various positions within the business, including putting in order job offers and employment agreements. Track key recruiting metrics like turnover rates and source of hire.

3) Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

4) Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Be attentive to embedding the mission and values of the organization in all HR practices.

5) Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

6) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations as well as ensuring our employees comply with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

7) Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including topics such as customer service, food safety, and leadership development. Conduct employee relations and other HR related topics training for management staff.

8) Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

9) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and training records.

10) Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR policies and practices within the business.

11) Establish and monitor Human Resources metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry and be familiar with labor legislation, relevant regulations, and flexible types of employment.
- Prior exerience supporting a franchise a plus.
- Excellent people skills. The HR Director must demonstrate and model honesty and integrity in all things.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required. Additional diploma in restaurant management is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
