Job Overview:
Join our team at Serenity Senior Living, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents in an assisted living setting. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us in delivering high-quality services to our senior community. As an Assisted Living Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized assistance to residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
- Uphold resident rights and dignity while promoting independence and autonomy.
- Demonstrate financial acumen by assisting residents with financial matters and coordinating services within budget constraints.
- Manage and maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the social work team to address the social and emotional needs of residents.
- Support senior care needs by monitoring health status and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Exhibit leadership qualities by fostering a positive atmosphere among residents and staff.
- Deliver home community care services with empathy and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in assisted living or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with seniors, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing resident care.
- Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality protocols.
- Certification or training in social work or senior care is a plus.
