**Pay: $24.07/hour plus $1.25/hour shift differential & up to 3% quarterly bonus &**

**$1,500 sign on bonus**

**Position Summary**:
As the Fryer Operator Assistant you will have the opportunity to work on multiple different lines frying potato product. You will assist the Operator with a variety of job functions, tasks and job duties You will operate all related production equipment in a safe and efficient manner and contribute to the production of our quality products You would be working closely with the Operator and provides the opportunity for promotion into a full time Operator role when available **As a fryer operator assistant when you fill in for the operator you will be upgraded in pay to $28.22/hour**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.

Performs daily sanitation at assigned area.

2.

Assists operator with changeover responsibilities and equipment set up

3.

Operate forklift

4.

Perform factory and fryer clean-ups, to include high pressure blasting and sanitation.

5.

Maintain lab equipment an perform testing

6.

Transport totes, product and waste, while maintaining information in the computer

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and understand and communicate safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to enter data into a computer.

**Physical Demand**:
**Constant**: Walking, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, and twisting at the neck and waist. Walking up and down a flight of stairs.
