Redwood Landscape is hiring a yard associate to accommodate their growing needs.

This person is someone who is characterized by their cooperative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. This individual is adaptable, approachable, and brings a supportive mindset to contribute to the success of the team and the overall goals of Redwood Landscape.

Some of responsibilities expected of you:

- Ensure all trucks are fueled before crew arrives
- Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of landscaping products
- Assist in loading and unloading materials onto trucks for deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized yard to facilitate efficient workflow
- Arrange materials, tools, and equipment for easy accessibility and safety
- Keep track of inventory levels for landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in reordering supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations and contribute continuous improvement initiatives

The foundational requirements you already have:

- A valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of landscaping preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Bilingual preferred

- Salary: $19 - 21/hr depending on experience
- PTO, Holidays

This position is Full-time, EXEMPT and reports to the owner.

Customary Work Days: Monday - Friday with possibility of Saturdays; everyone takes Sunday off. Customary Work Day starts at 5:30 am.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
