**MD Home Assist has been providing in-home care in Maricopa County for 37 years We are still family owned by Mary and David and we are still nurse managed.**

**Caregeivers...If you are fed up with low visit pay, low mileage reimbursement (we pay the FULL IRS Rate of 67.0 cents a mile), low salary, unrealistic productivity requirements, not enough hours and then having to take after hours on call, then call MD Home Assist**

Caregiving experience is required. Must have your own vehicle

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Ensure the rights and dignity of patients are respected and upheld

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
