**Information Providers, Inc. (IPI)** is offering an opportunity for independent contractors to work as Insurance Inspectors conducting underwriting surveys of residential and commercial properties for insurance companies. Here are some key points about the opportunity:

- **Responsibilities**: Conducting insurance underwriting inspections, collecting data for property condition assessments, measuring property dimensions, taking photographs, identifying risks and building materials, and uploading all collected information into an internet-based platform.
- **Requirements**: Self-starting and self-motivated individuals who enjoy independence, willingness to work outdoors in all seasons, reliable vehicle for transportation, Windows-based computer with internet access, measuring wheel, and a phone for taking photos.
