Cybersafe Solutions is a Managed Security Services Provider providing security services to clients across all verticals on a national level. Our Solutions Advisor role is our client’s main point of contact when it comes to understanding, working to implement, and learning how to strengthen their security posture.

The role:

- Work with clients to understand their Cybersecurity programs, deliver cybersecurity reports, and align Cybersafe services with client risks.
- Be able to discuss cybersecurity standards, best practices and provide leadership and advice to managed clients.
- Maintain awareness of other services being provided to the client by other service departments
- Delivering and explaining the significance of regular reports for a client’s environment.
- Identify opportunities and facilitate the introduction and implementation of Cybersafe cybersecurity offerings to clients.
- Maintain accurate records on customer needs, action items, follow-up, contact info, and services provided.
- Speak in terms of risk to the data and information provided to clients.
- Hear customer questions and concerns and work with our team to provide timely and accurate responses, including offerings on how we can help them reach their goals.
- Work with clients through the onboarding process, handling communication between teams, providing information for deployment of tools, and educating clients on the information that is provided.
- Facilitate communications between clients and other business units to help stalled communications continue forward to a positive resolution.
- One to two years of cyber/info security experience and/or exposure
- Awareness of security best practices
- Understanding of current trends and threat landscapes
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- An ability to prioritize, organize, and act on items
- Ability to work on items alone or in groups, including externally, internally, and/or mixed
- Work within structured process and procedure
- Ability to maintain organization and awareness across multiple clients and action items
- Understanding and/or experience in a customer service role, dealing directly with end clients

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
