Tire and Lube Technician

**Position**:Tire and Lube Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough, efficient and timely tire and oil change jobs.
- Always maintain safety standards and keep a safe, neat work area.
- Provide clear communication (both written and verbal) to customers, front desk staff and management.

**Requires**:

- 1+ year experience working in an auto repair shop
- Ability to complete oil and tire changes independently
- Provide a standard of review of car safety issues.

**Benefits/ Schedule**:
Rehoboth Auto Repair is employee owned. In addition to market competitive compensation, techs are granted shares so they can participate in profit sharing and company growth. We also offer a simple IRA plan with company match, one-week paid vacation and on-the-job training.

Since we are open six days a week, new techs will be asked to work on Saturday in exchange for a day off during the week.

Rehoboth Auto Repair is now employee owned Work in a climate-controlled independent shop that has served the Rehoboth Beach community for 30+ years. Our team of technicians work together to ensure the maintenance of both our loyal and new customers' vehicles, treating them with the same level of care as they would their own family's cars. We have grown the shop every year through our focus on fair price and good service.

Pay: $16 - $20 / hour
