Job Overview:
The supervisor must be self-motivated, work well with others and able to work safely and obey shop safety rules and procedures, while managing the fabrication workers and the orders to be fabricated. He/she must work well with inside sales and other departments to ensure adequate processing of paperwork and materials. The Supervisor will work with other departments and delivery personnel and must possess excellent communication skills along with a positive attitude. To supervise the fabrication workers, orders, and resources in an efficient, orderly, and safe manner so that all of the operations functions of the fabrication department run smoothly.

Monday - Friday, Full time with OT when needed

Pay rate: Depends on Experience $23.00 - $27.00 / hr

Shift: 3pm - 11pm

English speaking

Must pass a background check

Temp to Hire or Direct Hire with the company

Weekly Pay

Must follow all safety protocols

High School and / Or GED required

Experience with SAP ERP System program is preferred

Fabrication foreman / Supervisor Experience a must

Responsibility:

- Make sure JSA’s are written for every job and reviewed by all fabrication’s employees daily.
- Adhere to company values and ensure that all team members do the same.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations and instructions including proper PPE, and enforce them with your subordinates.
- Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained for all activities and retrain when necessary and annually.
- Schedule the production daily based upon input from sales and shop efficiencies.
- Minimize scrap and waste.
- Train new members of the team and always look for new talent/workers.
- Delegate and elevate key subordinates to work yourself into a true manager.
- Participate in company Behavioral Based Safety Program by completing Safety Observations and Near Misses.
- Maintain good working relationship / customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, informing superiors,
- implementing corrective action, and communicating with Fabrication Production Manager and coworkers to resolve
- issues as quickly as possible.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience level:

- 1 year

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- Warehouse
