UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking a **Pool Attendant** to join our team at The Residences at Pacific City, our exclusive apartment community (514 homes) located in Huntington Beach, CA. This position works Saturdays and Sundays, 9a - 6p from June - October.

**Essential Functions**:

- Greet and check in residents and guests
- Ensure residents and guests adhere to pool rules and safety regulations, such as not bring glass into the pool area
- Provide residents/guests with exceptional customer service, attending to their requests, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Manage cabana reservations
- Set up pool furniture and umbrellas
- Remove trash from pool area
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Hospitality industry experience
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions, including high heat and humidity
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
