- Associates degree from a regionally accredited college or university or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience.

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to work with the Recruiter to implement recruiting strategies, processes and programs supporting business objectives to enable the attraction and acquisition of qualified employees & to be Is an expert on the Paycom Recruiting applicant tracking system, providing support and training to managers as needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Supports the HR Recruiter by troubleshooting applicant tracking issues with managers
- Attends recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, and represents the agency in a professional manner
- Tracks Wildwood’s Referral Bonus program for new hires and submits paperwork to process the bonuses

**Other Requirements**:

- A valid New York State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
