**Job Purpose**

Oversee the planning, development, execution, and on-going evaluation of Loving Helping Hands clinical services, assuring that the services meet all appropriate professional standards, licensing/certification and grant conditions, requirements. The Clinical Director shares responsibility for the agency’s capacity to meet legal, ethical and professional standards. The Clinical Director oversees the delivery of health care and its administrative operations

**Duties and responsibilities**
- **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:_

*Provide consultation and guidance to supervisory and line staff in addressing client management, crisis intervention, and emergencies to ensure adherence to professional standards and policies.

*Ensure quality assurance procedures and standards exist at the necessary Medicaid, State and County standards and are communicated and implemented throughout the clinical organization.

*Provide Clinical Supervision, according to GA guidelines, for license eligible interns and therapists

*Ensure procedures and standards exist to maintain client confidentiality and privacy, including client records.

*Ensure staff compliance with Medicaid, State and County processes including charting/documentation, billing, and Q&A.

*Contribute to the development of client-sensitive policies and procedures supporting the delivery of programs and services.

*Oversee the provision and coordination of family preservation and mental health services training, and other related staff development activities.

*In collaboration with the Executive Team, support compliance to Federal funded treatment grants.

*In coordination with the Executive Team support compliance with all appropriate professional standards (including facilities and clinician licensing and certification requirements), and Loving Helping Hands funding organization conditions for the delivery of healthcare.

*In collaboration with the Executive Team, assure coordination and collaboration among all *programs and services, and provide support to an integrated case-management approach to client services.

*Assist Executive Team to develop, implement, and evaluate programs.

*Actively works with local, state, federal and private-sector representatives to develop resources and support for health care programs and services.

*Attend required meetings and training as appropriate.

**MINIMUM REQUIRED**: All degrees must be from an accredited university.

*Possession of a license as a Psychologist, a Marriage Family Therapist (MFT), in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or as a licensed physician with a board certification in Psychiatry or with completed residency in Psychiatry.

*Experience working with young children and families
- Georgia Driver’s License

*Supervisory experience
