**Job Overview**:
We're seeking **motivated and hardworking** individuals to join our team as Full-Service Movers. If you have the physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service, we want to hear from you Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire moving process.
- Safely loading and unloading customers' belongings.
- Properly wrapping, packing, and securing items to prevent damage during transport.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
- Following instructions from the moving team leader or driver.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Handling long hours and strenuous physical labor.
- Adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours, including weekends and most holidays.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform strenuous tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in moving or a related field is a plus but not required.

**Compensation**:
