**Position Overview**:
The Director of Care Management Programs is responsible for providing strategic leadership, development, and supervision of Enhancement Care Management (ECM) program. One of the key functions of this position is to be the primary point of contract between the company’s leadership, client, and the program team, maintaining active communication for the success of the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategy and planning for implementation of the ECM program.
- Plan, recruit, train, and manage qualified and appropriate number of staff for the program.
- Participate in day-to-day operation of the program.
- Provide daily activity report to the client.
- Ensure the company and client’s compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training/educational materials for staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Educational Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum seven years of experience in health care or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in managerial role.
- Minimum one year of experience in leading a program or project team in health care.
- Driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Managed Care experience.
- Knowledge in programs by DHCS, CMS, Medical, and Medicare, and Medicaid.
