Team Lead Caregiver

_**The Lead Caregiver position must be a detail oriented great caregiver/CNA, with reliable transportation. This position will fill in for shifts and start shifts on new clients to determine their needs. This position will walk new caregivers into clients and train them on client care. This position will conduct assessments and be expected to travel to all parts of Maricopa County signing clients and helping to maintain consistency and client satisfaction.**_

The Team Lead Caregiver will transition into a part time office recruiting and staffing person once 300 hours are reached. Must Haves:

- Reliable transportation (Mileage paid or Gas Allowance)
- Exceptional caregiving skills
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work any shifts
- Organized and detail oriented
- a quick learner, who is fast to respond.
- Ability to lead and guide other caregivers
- Professional
- Great communication skills
- THIS POSITION will begin to transition into part time lead/part time recruiting once 350 hours are reached._
- May Assist with Marketing Assessments, and may create fulltime schedule by filling in on Caregiving shifts as needed._

This is a key position for our Agency in Phoenix Arizona you will be the right hand to the director of Operations.

Must be incredibly organized and self directed-- Ability to work without supervision is a must.
- Must be a team player
- Must have great computer knowledge
- Must be willing to assist in Marketing and other aspects of the business
- Must be available to assess new clients, and at times pull a caregiving shift
- Must be self directed
- Must NOT need supervision
- Must be able to manage caregivers and create a company culture

This is a key position that may be full or part time, salary is negotiable, and a review conducted after 90 days.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
