**Title**: Sanitization Processor

**Summary**:

- The main function of a sanitization processor is to ensure bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with Microbiology, Regulatory and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tools received from HVT isolation and final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
- Load tools and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and/or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiate equipment cycle for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
- Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records
- On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period
- Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping and photocopying cycle charts

**Additional Skills**:

- Full understanding of load configurations and autoclave operations for autoclaves used for sanitization of tooling and supplies
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to read, comprehend and speak English, along with good communication skills including giving and receiving feedback
- Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines, as well as Microbiology standards, as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing
- Strict attention to detail and ability to comply with standards
- Must be able to work in a team environment and with minimum supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions
- Work in a Team environment, primarily work within immediate work unit and with other departments as requested

**Education and Experience**:

- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Previous GMP, clean room, medical device experience preferred
- 0-2 years of experience required

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $19.42 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:
