Laborer

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading and unloading of materials and tools
- Jobsite tasks - Such as shoveling and lifting
- Removing debris, garbage and dangerous materials from job sites
- Assisting contractors as required
- Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment
- Following all health and safety regulations
- Responsible for wearing appropriate safety/protective clothing/gear
- Other duties as assigned

Laborer Requirements and Qualifications
- Similar work experience may be beneficial, but not required
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required
- Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good physical condition and stamina

Compensation
- Based on experience
- Full Time: 40-50+ hour work week

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Construction Labor: 1 year (preferred)
- Pipe Layer: 1 year (preferred)
- Septic Install: 1 year (preferred)
- Residential Grading: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Coral, FL 33991: Relocate before starting work (required)
