**Position Overview**: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Rider Helper to assist our delivery drivers in transporting and handling product storage units. As a Rider Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our deliveries and pickups are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills. It is a Part-Time role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Assist with Deliveries and Pickups**:

- Accompany delivery drivers on routes to assist with the loading, unloading, and placing of product storage units.
- Ensure that all deliveries and pickups are completed promptly and professionally.
- ** Handle Equipment Safely**:

- Operate hand trucks and dollies to move product storage units safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent damage to equipment and property.
- ** Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery or pickup details and address any questions or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to customer needs.
- ** Assist with Documentation**:

- Help maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including obtaining necessary signatures and documenting any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Compensation and Schedule**:
20-25 Dollars per hour
