Plant Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and supervise department leads across production, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and performance, while reducing costs and ensuring top-notch product quality.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and sales to optimize production processes and align with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, and perform cost-benefit analysis on new projects and equipment.
- Drive initiatives in sustainability and efficiency to reduce environmental impact.
- Report key results and project progress to senior executives and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a senior supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record of improving processes, reducing costs, and managing a diverse team.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
