**What we look for in our Direct Support Professionals**:

- Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills / personal care (may include assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding)
- Utilize curated plans to assess an individual's needs
- Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities
- Foster a meaningful and empathetic relationship between the individuals and their community
- Be 18 years of age or older (required)
- Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- Have a valid driver's license
- Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a caretaker is preferred but not required
- Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor
- Have a high level of comfort with hands on domestic care (cleaning, washing, assisting with hygiene care)

**How we pay**:
Entry level with no experience has a floor of $19.00/hr which increases based on experience up to $28.00/hr
