We are seeking a proactive Sales Leader who is not only adept at strategic oversight but also willing to roll up their sleeves and engage directly with sales activities. This role involves setting up and refining our sales processes, actively engaging with clients, and building a team that exemplifies success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in sales, setting a high standard and understanding client needs firsthand.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies and processes.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators to effectively measure team performance.
- Hire, train, and lead a sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team.

**Qualifications**:

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 with on-target earnings between $96,000 and $150,000, including performance-based bonuses.
