The ideal **Direct Support Professional **demonstrates compassion, empathy and respect in assisting people to realize their full potential. The role of a **Direct Support Professional** is to ensure our clients remain integrated and engaged in their community

**Direct Support Professionals** enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility at 30+ hours per week, generous paid time off, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20+ hours per week and match eligible at 30+ per week.

**Job Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional **include but are not limited to:

- Assists residents with personal care areas on a daily basis, which may include: showering/bathing, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, bill-paying, banking, and shopping.
- Maintains compliance with all health and safety facility related licensing standards (Department of Economic Security, Divison of Developmental Disabilities and Department of Health Services).
- Implements recommended therapies; documents implementation of recommended programs, outcomes, progress and concerns using the Therapy web-based documentation system.
- ** Entry level applicants welcome - we will train**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license, proof of insurance, and 39-month motor vehicle report- Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report (employer paid)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen (incudes marijuana, regardless of recreational use laws) (employer paid)
