Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in providing excellent technical support to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, virus scans, and data backups
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Android
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience in retail sales or field service is a plus
- Previous experience in equipment repair is highly desirable
