**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall management, direction and implementation of the BIM process.
- Facilitates the successful implementation of BIM technology and related processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering technologies or equivalent.
- BIM Certification (to ISO 19650)
- 15 years or more of BIM experience in the technical field
- 3 years or more of management experience specific to a team using the BIM method.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
