This position helps those we support in completing a variety of activities including cooking, computer lab, horticulture, photography and more. **Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Ensuring health, wellness and safety and providing appropriate supervision of people supported
- Building positive relationships with individuals supported as well as fellow co-workers
- Using effective communication and time management skills
- Completing mandatory trainings
- Adhering to HIA’s policies, procedures and regulations
- Transporting and escorting people we support on recreational activities, and community outings, etc.
