We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand presence.
- **Responsibilities**:_

**Website Management**:

- Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure the site remains current and functional.
- Implement changes and improvements.

**Content Creation**:

- Film and edit videos of surgeries and other relevant content for social media and marketing purposes.
- Develop engaging content that highlights our services, success stories, and patient testimonials.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage all social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and posting content.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Ad Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Google and Facebook.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and effectiveness.

**SEO Management**:

- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Day-to-Day Marketing Activities**:

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in website management and basic HTML/CSS skills.
- Experience in managing ad campaigns across Google and Facebook.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Surgical Clinic: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Paramus, NJ 07652 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
