An excellent healthcare company in Anaheim, CA is looking for a Mailroom Clerk. This position is responsible for processing all Mail/Imaging operations by performing the following duties described below. The incumbent will provide support to the Claims and UM department.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick up, sort and label all mail designated as wrong medical group or bad form claims; return to sender
- Assist with additional office requirements consisting of mailing packets, filing, scanning, and phones, etc
- Mail FFS checks daily to meet compliance (STATS)
- Process zero pays (weekly)
- Scanning of processed claims batches
- Perform data entry functions relating to mail records
- Retrieve claim documentation as directed
- Generate Welcome and Authorization letters
- Print Xpress PDR Reports and contested claims
- Print and mail all re-directed claims from HMS and Xpress Stuff and mail weekly fee for service check runs
- Print weekly EOP batches and individual EOP’s upon request from HMS
- Support UM and Claims Departments

Status: Contract 9 months plus

Schedule: Monday
- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour

Qualifications:
**Education**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience:

- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Minimum six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of both
- Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other applicable tools.
- Other:

- Highly efficient in preparing documents, managing data and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a clean record on driver license
- Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capacity to work independently and as team player
- Understand & adhere to confidential requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour
