Outpatient Psychotherapist

Renewal, Growth, & Healing, LLC (RGH), a group psychotherapy practice in the metro Richmond area, is hiring full-time and part-time therapists, fully licensed and provisionally-licensed. This is a W-2 position with benefits for part-time and full-time employees. Flexible scheduling could include daytime and evening hours, weekdays and weekends.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:Depending on employment status and schedule, therapists would hold 12-25 sessions a week. Although there is a benefits package for part-time and full-time therapists, those who hold at least 22 sessions a week are considered full-time for benefit structure purposes.

**Must be independently licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) OR pursuing licensure through clinical supervision (Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy) in Virginia**

**Compensation**: This is a W-2 position to include taxes, benefits, and most work-related expenses and resources. RGH offers a hybrid reimbursement structure of flat rate for clinical duties plus a salary for ancillary duties.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
