**Job Summary**:
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for facilitating onboarding training and providing administrative and technical support to the MRR Training.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

A corporate trainer develops, delivers, and tracks training programs

Assists with training certifications

Support with coordinating new hire training schedules

Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, the status of training certification, and post-training surveys

Employs established and effective training methods, techniques, and ideas to present concepts to trainees and ensure their understanding

Support and mentor new employees during their nesting period

Makes suggestion to update current training programs based on organizational requirements

Tracks training class attendance and reports specifics as requested

Assign online training courses and assessments

Assists with assessing and providing feedback regarding onboarding and training effectiveness.

Manages training follow-up tasks and record keeping.

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal stakeholders through consistent communications and responsiveness.

Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data

May be assigned other duties.

Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:
HS diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of experience in training methods and practices, writing, communications development or other directly related experience. preferred

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Strong presentation skills.

Strong customer service, problem solving, analysis and communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuites, and related program software.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) preferred

Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.

Must be able to talk, listen, speak and view regularly

10% of domestic and/ or international travel to customer sites/plants, etc. (mandatory)

**Working Conditions**:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Requires prolonged sitting, some standing, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.

Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when in a clinical setting

10% domestic travel. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel is to be expected.
