You will work closely with our Help Desk Manager and Infrastructure Manager while maintaining and establishing team member relationships.

The successful applicant will need:

- Minimum of exposure/ experience to ANY or all of the following:

- Strong hardware diagnostic / troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Windows Operating System diagnostic / troubleshooting experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019
- Working knowledge of LAN / WAN networking hardware and concepts.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- PowerShell a plus

Responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshoots and/or reports minor problems with local and wide-area networks, web services, mail services, phone systems, etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
