We're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to cover the vibrant Alexandria area.

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped Commissions: Your hard work directly translates into unlimited earning potential

**What You’ll Do**
- Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Cover a 100 to 200 mile territory around Alexandria, efficiently managing your time and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
- Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.
- Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.
- Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years of Outside Sales experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Negotiating and closing skills
- Valid Driver’s License and car
- Ability to travel on route 100%
- Bilingual is a plus

**Schedule**

8-hour shift (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Monday to Friday
- **This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission.**_

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Route/Outside Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Alexandria, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
