Maintenance Technician

**Job description**
Seeking Professionals for professional Contract Work Dive into short-term projects, longer-term commitments, or even the potential to transition to a permanent role. As a Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities, you'll earn $24-26/hr while experiencing flexibility and growth potential.
**What You'll Do**:
1. Troubleshoot and execute impeccable repairs across our esteemed properties.
2. Revitalize vacant apartments with your “make ready” expertise.
3. Uphold our grounds, ensuring common areas gleam and invite.
4. Rise to the occasion for emergency repairs.
6. Always prioritize safety. No exceptions.
**What We’re Seeking**:
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
- Possession of industry-related certifications or licenses is a major advantage.
- Willingness to travel among our local properties. Reliable transportation is non-negotiable
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to timely follow-up.
- Flexibility for the occasional weekend and those inevitable after-hour emergencies.
- Exudes professionalism and courtesy.
- Naturally problem-solves with residents as the priority.
- Organizational skills are second nature.
- Excels both as an individual and within a team dynamic.
**Note**: Be geared up There will be times you'll deal heavy equipment lifting.
**Essential Experience**: If you don't already have Apartment Maintenance experience, a background in Hotel, Rehab, Condo, Construction, or Carpentry is crucial. We consider these experiences foundational for this role in the multi-family industry.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
