As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Outbound Representative to effectively communicate with customers and expand our service reach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- Present information about Quantum Towing and Recovery's services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reaching out to customer leads through various communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to support customer needs.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or information.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and company offers.
- Continuously improve customer service skills through feedback and training opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
