**SUMMARY**

The Digital Receiving Clerk will support the Digital department by enabling the team to focus on production and delivery. The Receiving Clerk will handle filing, archiving, and receiving documentation while making sure that everyone can easily access the information they need. The Digital Receiving Clerk will be updating and maintaining multiple spread sheets through data entry, answering phone calls, requesting appointments, rescheduling appointments, updating customers on delivery status, and maintaining communication between company sites.

**Requirements**:
**JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE**
- Coordinates the stocking and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse and in conformance to policies and procedures.
- Handle filing/archiving shipping documentation making sure that everyone can easily access this information when needed.
- Updating and maintaining multiple spread sheets through data entry.
- Answering phone calls, requesting appointments, rescheduling appointments, and updating customers on delivery status.
- Maintain communication between company sites.
- Collecting Bills of Lading and reconciling for accuracy before submitting to accounting.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clerical position.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and shipping processes.
- Forklift certified.
- Able to type 40 words per minute.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods or a related industry a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers.
- Strong mathematical/statistical analysis knowledge required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- A critical thinker and a complex problem solver who has analytical ability and good judgment.
- A well organized, detail oriented, and self-directed individual.
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and work ethic of seeking continual improvement.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Valid Driver's License with DMV evidence of good driving record.
