**Responsibilities **- Order Equipment and ensure all software components are installed and functioning properly as part of the onboarding process. - Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace damaged hardware
- Communicate and monitor directly with External IT support group to initiate customer support tickets and problem resolution for ongoing needs of GSHH staff - Identify system upgrades to communicate and schedule with IT support group (Atlantic, Tomorrow’s office)

Identify software needs by department new or to update
- Define software, hardware and network requirements against current systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Monitor and maintains inventory and tracking utilization of all office equipment i.e. computers, copiers, phones, postal equipment. Maintenance and reporting requirements including copier usage data for billing and property usage data for financial reporting.
- Track monthly IT inventory reports
- Responsible for office equipment inventory for all GSHH locations.
- Liaison with outside vendors to maintain functionality of printers and copiers.
- Supports staff with computer equipment and copier/printer usage.
- Maintain a Customer Service focus for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
- At least 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Maintain the confidentiality of the council
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
- Commitment to the Girl Scout’s mission and Girl Scouts membership required.
- Must possess superior organizational, time management and customer service skills.
- Must possess good oral and written skills and be able to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and with the public.
- Must have good judgment and strong operational focus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be self-directed as well as a team player.
- Strong work ethic and unquestionable reputation for honesty and integrity.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Operates other office productivity machinery, such as a computer, calculator, copy machine, and printer on an ongoing basis
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 25 lbs., across office for various needs
- Extensive time sitting and standing.
- Must be able to travel to other offices, possess own car and valid driver’s license.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
