**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of experience in journalism
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with varied deadlines
- Proven track record in reporting and writing longform articles
- Attention to detail in reporting and editing to ensure fairness and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in a collaborative working environment, and to represent the magazine with sources, freelancers and readers

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with storytelling across multiple forms of media
- Aptitude with audio and video editing tools
