Cutting Tool Technologies is a small, well-established machine shop that designs and builds precision indexable cutting tools for the manufacturing industry.

**Grinder Position**

We are seeking a full time grinder operator to grind steel cutting tools and related hardware in small-lot runs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team in a friendly work environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Setup and run cylindrical and surface grinders to grind precision parts per drawing requirements. You must be a problem solver and have the skills and expertise to work independently. Attention to details including tolerances and finish requirements is a must. You must also be able to work well with others, assist other employees, and help in the shop where needed.

Pay based on experience.

Paid vacation, holidays, personal time, health insurance stipend (50% of cost up to $350 a month), footwear stipend, eyewear stipend,
