**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payments, invoices, meticulously entering data into accounting software or databases such as QuickBooks.
- Manage vendor invoices and monitor bank account balances.
- Provide administrative support to our accountant.
- Respond to phone inquiries with a positive demeanor, offering assistance or directing calls to the appropriate contact.
- Collaborate effectively and demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with our internal team, and clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain sales records and assist with collections.

**Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry in financial records.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to filing financial records.
- Computer literacy, especially with spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask and organize various financial duties, with the capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for interactions with clients, suppliers, and colleagues within the accounts department.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
