**Job Summary**

Lisa & Leroy is a full-service design studio that builds enduring relationships and fresh, sophisticated spaces. Unique in its ability to perform both design and construction projects at the highest level, the talented team is meticulous about every detail — from sketch, design, and purchasing to renovation and installation. Inspired by an eclectic mix of styles and cultures, Lisa & Leroy deftly blends form and function, old and new, traditional and whimsical to create beautiful, livable spaces that invite and comfort.

We are seeking a real creative rockstar (attitude required) in a Designer role. A true go-getter that needs no micro-managing. - Create or assist in creating design boards and concepts
- Create or assist in creating project budgets
- Draft or assist in drafting floor plans
- Create or assist in creating mood and layout boards

- Draft or assist in drafting proposals and scope of work
- Organize and maintain the sample library
- Additional tasks as assigned

As Assigned:

- Take field measurements
- Request and enter custom quotes and bids
- Prepare for client meetings
- Assist during installation and photoshoot days; moving furnishings, organization, pack up, and other tasks as needed

- A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar, OR a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when issues arise and see jobs through to the end
- Proficiency in Sketchup is required; Photoshop and 2020 Kitchen Design software is highly preferred
- Proficient computer skills; A knowledge of Apple & Google products is required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Comfortable with ever-changing needs and ambiguity
- Ability to lift up to 45lb
- Must have an active driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
