Social Media Manager and Content Creator

True Jewel Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery center is a medical spa and plastic surgery clinic located in the heart of Culver City. We are currently seeking a talented content creator and social media director to fill in a **full time position** here at our office. This will be 100% in person which would include working some Sundays.

**We are looking for someone that is**
- Passionate and Extremely knowledgeable on social media growth strategies and content execution
- Both extremely self-motivated and an excellent team player
- Understanding of both design and business priorities
- Can Grow and nurture our social media channels and communities, primarily Instagram and Facebook and other channels. We need someone who can take it to the next level, not just maintain what is already there.
- Lead our social media voice and vision, come up with exciting campaigns, and engage our followers.
- Research, coordinate and manage outreach to influencers and partners
- Represent the brand at events; capture event content and publish to social media platforms
- Work closely with creative directors to maintain the brand aesthetic and ensure Brand is properly represented to consumers
- Monitor Social Media activity, respond to comments as appropriate and escalate any issues
- Stay on top of trends and test new social platform functionalities as they become available

**Required Skills**:

- Great eye for aesthetics and ability to write engaging captions
- Proven track record in growing relevant social media accounts by significant numbers
- Adept at coordinating and executing paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal & written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient with social media management and analytics tools

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
