**Position Description**:
The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for planning and executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting and tracking issues, and collaborating with software developers to troubleshoot problems. The key responsibilities include:
**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to**:

- Designing and implementing test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Analyzing test results and reporting findings to stakeholders.
- Participating in Agile software development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Working closely with the development team to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

**Education and Experience**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in developing test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and document defects effectively.
- Experience with functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to isolate and troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of.Net development frameworks and cloud-based technologies.

**Working Environment & Conditions**
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
