Boehlke entered a new chapter of growth under new ownership in 2023 and now seeks to build upon the strengths of the founding team to further expand the business.

**We are seeking an Landscape Specialist / Crew Lead **to lead daily activities of the landscaping crew. The right individual for the role will bring strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and shrub/bush care, have a demonstrated history of leading and managing construction crews, be detail
- and quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:
The Landscape Specialist / Crew Lead will:

- Lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 team members.
- Conduct landscape maintenance, lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, and other tasks to a high level of quality.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including trucks, skidsteers, excavators, aerators, dethatchers, bed edgers, and others.
- Train crew members.
- Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on job sites.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to schedule and plan projects.
- Perform snow removal and/or plowing in the winter.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape and landscape maintenance.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Valid Commercial Drivers License is a plus.
