Restorative Nurse

Our Restorative Nurses are responsible for overseeing the direct care of CBV’s Pavilion residents and they focus on the total care, comfort and safety of each resident. The Restorative Nurses plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. The Restorative Nurse also participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of resident care plans and resident assessments, as necessary.

**Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday (some flexibility with schedule)**

**Starting wage: $36/hr+ (based on experience)**

**Requirements**:

- LPN or RN
- Current Restorative Certification is preferred
- Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
- Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer’s & Dementia
- Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
- Promote innovation including operating an electronic medical record system
- Meets documentation requirements and maintains accurate records for MDS assessments and restorative nursing interventions
