**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various warehouse duties under supervision including loading / unloading trucks, managing inventory, and preparing shipments.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Execute equipment rental procedures, including preparation and receiving of gear.
- Always ensure adherence to safety regulations.

**Duties**:

- Load and unload trucks with efficiency and care.
- Conduct inventory transactions and maintain organized storage of gear.
- Fulfill client orders accurately and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Pack customer orders securely and process shipping tasks efficiently.
- Assist in physical inventory counting and reconciliation.
- Report any issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to meet client needs and production schedules.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong communication organizational, and time management skills.
- Capability to lift / move objects weighing 50 + pounds.
- Must undergo a Per-employment Physical.

**Education / Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Type: Full time**
- Salary: $20.00 per hour
